About LandMatch USA
LandMatch USA (also known as LandMatch or Land Match USA) is a nationwide land buyer map for off-market land deals in the United States. Land buyers — builders, developers, land investors, mobile home investors and individual buyers — post their buy box on the map. Land wholesalers, bird dogs and landowners search that map, see exactly what each buyer wants, and send them land that fits.
Most land software helps you research parcels or find sellers. LandMatch focuses on the other side of the deal: buyer demand. It answers one question for a wholesaler — "Who will actually buy this lot?" — before the contract is signed.
Our story
Diego Ferro built LandMatch because he saw a clear gap in the land market: there was no place where land buyers could post exactly what they want and let the whole market know. Wholesalers and landowners were guessing, blasting cash-buyer lists and hoping someone would bite, while serious buyers kept missing deals that fit them perfectly.
LandMatch closes that gap. Buyers put their buy box on the map, and the people who find land can see real demand before they ever sign a contract. LandMatch launched in October 2026 and is growing into a social community where land buyers and investors share their deals, how many deals they've closed, their buy box and what they're learning along the way.

How it works
- Buyers draw their buy box. Pick your areas on the map, set a radius, lot size, price range and must-haves (water, sewer/septic, power, zoning notes).
- Wholesalers and bird dogs find deals for you. They search the map by area and bring you land that matches.
- Connect and close. Chat directly on the platform. Deals arrive with the assignment already signed by the wholesaler; buyers can accept and sign, counter, or pass with a reason. Every contract submitted is reviewed by the LandMatch team before it reaches the buyer.
Additional features include public buyer profiles with track records and Verified deal badges, and a wholesaler Leaderboard.
