Share your link

Send your link to buyers you know, or add it to your newsletter, website or socials. It works on any LandMatch page.

When someone you referred is on Premium or Elite, you earn 25% of their subscription every month, and you can follow every sign-up in your dashboard.

Who can join?

Anyone with a free LandMatch account: wholesalers, bird dogs, land agents, builders, coaches, newsletter writers and anyone who knows land buyers. We may pause affiliates who spam or misrepresent LandMatch.

How does tracking work?

Your link adds ?ref=YOURCODE to a LandMatch page. We remember the code on that browser for 60 days (local storage and a cookie). If the visitor creates an account in that window, the account is linked to you as their referrer. Accounts created before they clicked your link, or on another device without the link, can't be credited.

How much do I earn?

25% of each Premium ($99/mo) or Elite ($199/mo) subscription payment from people you referred, for as long as they stay on a paid plan. Free accounts and the 7-day free trial don't earn a commission. We don't publish example earnings, because they depend entirely on who you refer.

How and when are payouts made?

For now payouts are handled manually once a month, to the payout email in your affiliate dashboard, for commissions earned on subscriptions that were actually paid. Commission is calculated on the subscription payments PayPal actually collects from your referrals, never on estimates.

Can I refer myself?

No. Commissions are only for new accounts created by other people through your link.

Where do I see my referrals?

Log in, open your account menu and choose Affiliate. You'll see your link, every sign-up you referred with their current plan, and the payouts recorded for you.
