LandGlide + LandMatch: better together
If you invest in, build on, or wholesale land, you have probably seen both LandGlide and LandMatch mentioned in the same conversations about land software. They are often compared, but they solve different problems. LandGlide helps you stand on (or drive past) a property and instantly see its boundaries and owner. LandMatch helps you answer the question that comes next: who will actually buy this land?
This page explains what each tool does, based on their public websites as of October 2026, and how they fit together. We build LandMatch, so we have tried to describe LandGlide fairly using its own words; check https://landglide.com for its latest features and pricing.
What is LandGlide?
LandGlide is a "GPS property line map app" that uses your location to pinpoint parcel boundaries and show key parcel data on any device. Its site states access to over 157 million parcel records in over 3,200 counties, covering more than 99% of the U.S. population, with online and offline access to fields such as owner, mailing address, acreage, sale price and transfer date. Users can save favorites, add notes and export, and LandGlide offers a 7-day free trial. (Source: https://landglide.com)

- 157M+ parcel records in 3,200+ counties (per LandGlide)
- Owner, acreage, sale price and transfer date data

What is LandMatch?
LandMatch USA (landmatchusa.com) is a nationwide land buyer map. Builders, developers, land investors and mobile home investors draw their buy box — areas, radius, lot size, price range and must-haves such as water, sewer/septic and power. Land wholesalers, bird dogs and landowners search the map, see exactly what each buyer wants, and send off-market land that fits. Deals arrive with the assignment already signed by the wholesaler, and the buyer can accept and sign, counter, or pass with a reason. LandMatch says every contract is reviewed by its team before it reaches the buyer. Buyers can list for free (up to 2 zones); paid Premium and Elite plans add more zones, larger radius and priority placement. Wholesalers use it free during launch. (Source: landmatchusa.com, pricing)
Key capabilities:
- Public map of land buyer buy boxes across the U.S.
- Buyer types: land buyers, land investors, mobile home investors, builders, developers and individual buyers
- Deal submission with pre-signed assignment; accept, counter or pass
- On-platform chat between buyers and wholesalers
- Buyer profiles with track record and Verified badges; wholesaler leaderboard

What LandGlide is built for
If your main need is property intelligence — boundaries, ownership, parcel attributes, comps or maps — LandGlide is built for that and LandMatch is not. LandMatch does not try to be a parcel database or a GIS research tool. Before you buy or assign any land, you should verify ownership, APN, zoning, access, utilities, flood zone and title, and a dedicated data tool like LandGlide is the right place to start that work.
What LandMatch adds alongside LandGlide
If your problem is disposition (as a wholesaler) or deal flow (as a buyer), LandMatch is an excellent option to use alongside LandGlide:
- For wholesalers: see real buyer demand by area, lot size and price before you sign a contract, then send each deal only to the buyers who fit with less guesswork.
- For builders and investors: describe your buy box once and let wholesalers, bird dogs and landowners bring off-market land to you, in addition to your own search.
- For mobile home investors: spell out must-haves such as septic, water and power so you only receive lots that can actually take a home.
How to use LandGlide and LandMatch together
Use LandGlide in the field to confirm boundaries, access and owner details. Back at your desk, drop that location into LandMatch to see which builders and investors buy in that area, and send them the deal.
A simple workflow:
- Find or receive a lead through your usual channels.
- Research the parcel in LandGlide: boundaries, owner, attributes, and any comps or overlays it provides.
- Check demand on LandMatch before committing: are there buy boxes covering that spot, at that size and price?
- Contract the deal if the numbers and the demand line up.
- Send it to matching buyers through LandMatch and close with the buyer who accepts.
Because each tool covers a different step, using both reduces the two biggest risks in land deals: buying the wrong property and having nobody to sell it to.
Bottom line
LandGlide and LandMatch are complementary, not competing. LandGlide is land data and mapping software; LandMatch is a land buyer demand map. If you already use LandGlide, adding a free LandMatch account gives you a direct line to active buyers. If you are a buyer, listing your buy box on LandMatch costs nothing and puts your criteria in front of the people who find off-market land.
